The Apartment Excellence Awards are an annual playful competition between apartment communities and management companies in a variety of categories. For more information on award categories, awards & prizes, & how to show off your award see below!
You must be a member of APTS of NY to nominate a community or individual for an award category. Not sure if you're a member? Try registering for this event here. If you don't have a username & password to log in with then unfortunately, you're not a member. Don't worry though you can join here!
1st Place: All first-place winners will receive a personalized engraved trophy to display at their community & a digital badge to brag with!
1st, 2nd& 3rd Place: Receive a framed certificate with either their community or personal name on it depending on the award category and a digital badge to brag with. They will also receive 2 complimentary tickets to the Year End Holiday Awards Dinner & Maintenance Mania.

It also gives you bragging rights! Winning an Apartment Excellence Award is no small feat! A lot of blood sweat and tears go into it and we want you to brag about it! Once you win we will send you a digital badge that you can use to help you brag too.
