1. Does APTSPALOOZA offer Continuing Education (CE) credits for their programs? Yes, we offer 1 CE credit for every 50-minute program.
2. What if I have dietary restrictions or a food allergy? No problem, please let us know on your registration form and we can accommodate.
3. I think I'm a member, but when I go to register it's not giving me the member rate. What can I do? We have recently launched our members only online portal. Registration for APTSPALOOZA is done through this portal and you must sign in and register through the portal in order to get the member rate. Additionally, you must be current on your dues. If you are a member and don't have a portal login, please contact us at email@example.com or 518-456-0927.
4. What if I register for the APTSPALOOZA Conference and need to cancel? If you need to cancel your registration you may make a request in writing no later than September 10, 2023. A $50.00 service fee will be deducted to your total payment. There will be no refunds on cancellations after September 10, 2023. All refunds are subject to APTS of NY discretion. Hotel cancellations please refer to the Travel page for APTSPALOOZA.
