Events Policy
By registering for an APTS of NY event, all attendees, sponsors, speakers, exhibitors, and volunteers agree to the following policies. These are strictly enforced to ensure a professional and inclusive environment.
Code of Conduct
APTS of NY is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and professional environment for all participants. Discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any protected characteristic will not be tolerated. Attendees are expected to be respectful, inclusive, and collaborative, consider diverse viewpoints, and engage constructively. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct, inappropriate content, unauthorized recordings, and possession of weapons or illegal substances. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required before the event. Unpaid registrants may be denied entry and risk cancellation after notice. Ensure payment is complete in advance.
Virtual Attendance
Each registration is for one person individual. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in access suspension.
Group Registration
All group members must be employed by the same organization. Proof may be required.
Solicitation
Soliciting outside of designated areas or through the virtual platform is not allowed. Recruiting other attendees’ employees for hire at an event is strictly prohibited. Violators may be removed.
Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to APTS of NY capturing photos and videos for promotional use. Personal photos may be shared but must respect speaker/content boundaries.
Accessibility
We aim to provide reasonable accommodations. Submit requests in advance, in writing. Examples include dietary considerations, gender-neutral restrooms, and quiet rooms.
Privacy & Data Sharing
Basic registration info may be shared with select sponsors for limited outreach, unless you opt out. You control data sharing on virtual platforms.
Health & Safety
APTS of NY follows CDC and local health guidance. If you’re unwell, please attend virtually if possible.
Security & Badges
Badges must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.
