When should I expect a renewal invoice?
*We issue all invoices electronically to your billing contact no later than December 1st. Our membership runs the calendar year, January 1st - December 31st.*
Do you prorate?
*Any new member not active in two calendar years will be eligible for a proration after September 30th.*
What is your dues structure?
*Our associates (supplier members) are charged a flat $499.00. We highly encourage you to explore our speaking and sponsorship options! Those that own or manage properties are charged a flat rate of $99 per property + variable per unit rate. See the chart below. If you have multiple properties to onboard and this is not urgent, you can contact us at admin@aptsofny.org. We cannot activate a property for Click and Lease until we have received your dues.*
$2.20 per unit (1-200 units)
$1.50 per unit (201-500 units)
$1.25 per unit (501-1500 units)
$0.99 per unit (1500+ units)
When do you host in-person networking events?
*We typically have 3-4 in-person opportunities per year. We also offer the ability for you to host a mixer in your city! Contact us to learn more.*
