Each competitor must build their own gravity-powered race car to qualify for overall champion title. No car = no shot at the overall title. On your registration form, be sure to complete your company's shipping information so that we can get your wheels for your race car to you. Everyone is required to use our wheels!

Stay ahead of today’s rapidly evolving housing regulations with this essential program designed for apartment industry professionals. Fair Housing: Exploring the Surface and Beyond goes beyond the basics to help you translate Fair Housing law into practical, everyday operations. Through an engaging and interactive session, participants will explore the evolution of civil rights legislation into today’s Fair Housing Act, gain clarity on protected classes, and understand the difference between legal and illegal discrimination. You’ll also learn how operational practices can unintentionally create disparate impacts and how setting clear customer expectations can reduce complaints while improving the resident experience.

This program will also address one of the most pressing emerging issues facing rental housing today—immigration enforcement activity at residential communities. Property managers may face unexpected visits from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and knowing how to respond appropriately is critical. This session will provide a clear framework for understanding the difference between judicial and administrative warrants, when compliance is required, and how ICE access differs in public versus private areas of a property. Attendees will leave with practical guidance on documentation, internal decision-making, and communication strategies that protect residents, staff, and the organization while maintaining legal compliance and operational confidence.
